First of all, great drawing! It is soo FIERCE!😎😍😊👩🏽‍🎨 Thank you for sharing your techniques and beautiful art.😍 The coloring community has been a lifesaver for me. Years ago I went thru chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant, I had always enjoyed doodling and art in general, but I found that thru that difficult time that coloring would take my mind off of the pain and what not, at least for a while, without the pressure of drawing myself since my hands are full of arthritis and neuropathy. I started with mandalas and graphic pictures, then moved on to people and scenes. Watched every video on youtube, I think 🤓😊I got on social media last spring and it has been absolutely fantastic! I get to share my works and learn so much from the friends I've made and groups on facebook. It makes all the difference to have encouragement and support from like minded folks. Alot of us have chronic pain illnesses, anxiety and depression, so having support helps get thru the rough patches. Competition and comparisons are human nature, but for me it pushes me to practice more until Im satisfied. The great thing is there is no right or wrong way to color. Creative expression whether its cooking, gardening whatever is the best way to reduce stress and promote healing, so it's awesome to have people like you to make these videos to help us.I hope I made sense, but THANK YOU THANK YOU! Thank you for sharing your story Janet!! So good to know you better! I started coloring to help with anxiety and it helped me so much it's gone now!! But now I stay because of the friends I've made and all the lovely people in the community!! It does make a big difference huh! Thank you for watching dear!
