Oh my gosh, thank you so much! Yes Piran and Portorose, have to be one of my favorite places ever visited. Slovenia 🇸🇮 in general, I can't say enough about!

Portoroz is special and beautiful modern, but Piran beautiful as old historic building it’s simular to Venice building but visit Piran with car recommend that visiting parking it’s outside the fence so you need to walk in or this minivan 🚐 bus. it’s take to walk 5-10 minutes from parking. I like the most Portoroz, so much more to do more fancy style of life. ..but both are near to eachorther if you drive car, bicycle etc it’s neighborhood 😅 🌴👌

Had a two week holiday in Portoroz back in 1973.I retire from work soon and hope to visit later in the year. Wonder how much it's changed in 50 years ????

if you wanna travel to portoroz and you dont like hotels but wanna sleep in a hostel theres one located at senca pot 2 the hostels name is hostel evropa and the second one is located at obala 91 and the name of the hostel is hostel soline and for the sea sides you need to visit the moon bay located in strunjan its a national reserve its like 10min away from portoroz with a car and 30min if walking and if you wanna walk which i would prefer you can go thrue the old railway tunnel its like 500m long and on the other side theres strunjan and there you will see a big map showing you where to go from there you can choose other paths and explore i hope this helps and i hope you will all enjoy your vacations in my hometown

Where do you think we will have a better beach for children? (15,12,8, they all can swim) In Portorose or in Piran? As I see, there are really big rocks everywhere.

Portorose is really small...so the sandy area is called Portorose Beach...if you Google it & check out the pic @ Portorose Beach, you see tons of white things in the ground, and they are set up for umbrellas & chair rentals. If you are going, I'm jealous, I loved it there! Enjoy 😉

Is it good to go shopping in Portorose?
