We were in Portofino just three weeks ago (late May 2024) and it is still a stunning place. But the tourist numbers have killed the enjoyment, and by midday there, it is almost standing room only. I'm glad we had the best time there some 14 years ago before this uncontrolled pandemonium.

Per vedere Portofino non si paga niente. Ci si può andare a piedi o con il bus da Santa Margherita e il biglietto andata e ritorno costa 5 euro.

...ups....just stop your camera and pass ....tourists...so no view is disturbed....for 10 minutes or so....
A Portofino è facile, chi parcheggia nell'unico parcking gli fai pagare 50 euro per entrare. Gli straccioni stanno fuori. Quelli che arrivano con pullman e bus devono pagare molto di più.
