But vernacular has NEVER been Pedi. She is referring to all SA indigenous languages. Xhosa is aso vernac. That's way she said if you do not understand the vernacular language being spoken in that interview [in most cases it's sePedi]. Then English and the subtitles will be of assistance. This is also on assumption that the listeners are multi-lingual. She wasn't being ignorant. You just took it personally without listening to understand 😂😂😂
