    Pity the microphone ran out of dynamic range the moment the bass hit, so will just have to take your word for it. But, a well tuned ported box is always going to be my favorite alignment 👍 Tip: when we record demo videos, we usually do it at really low volume so the mic doesn't get completely overwhelmed.

    No port noise at all ? Also is it flared at both ends ?

    ​Nice, did u build the box ? I have the mps 300 S2 version (actually the mpbx 300 with prefab sealed enclosure) and was actually thinking of going ported to see how much louder would it be.

    @@KnTxOriginaL yes i did! You will be amazed, how more output you get if build a ported enclosure! It is as good as sealed but with more power and more deep bass I love the MPS Series!
