I’ve got a ported 372xp and when I got that saw I fell in love with it. Like to try the 500i but if buying new I’d go with a Husquavarna

I counted 27 seconds consistent on the 500 and 27 seconds on the Husqvarna final cut after the adjustment. Even though it appears the STIHL is faster the clock says it’s a tie.

Stihl is almost 10cc bigger and it was still close

I like Husqvarna and work only with Husqvarna. But this MS500i is a really nice ripping beast...
