Same was in the original and they just didn’t bother to fix that, just upscale the tree’s texture

They also removed the big ol' fire in the middle of the screen... Must've had issues with the lighting :(

i think that's because they pretty much made no genuine changes to the enviroment, note how the trees are still actually just flat planes, just like in the original game
