I can verify to you that it is indeed Julie Vega, that is talking to you.. Some of answer from her is not clear even i am listening to my earphone or even putting my ear next to my cellphone.. Some are accurate, some are static & some are not that clear & some are clear.. There’s a time when she didn’t answer you right away i think someone’s bothering her to take away her attention to you & not to communicate with you.. (Evil maybe?) (Now this made me say and think how i wish at least we could see the dead spirits what they are doing or who are they talking to or who are they with on the other side) Yes, she said some tagalog words & i think she’s with someone (maybe it’s her guide) And i heard someone calling her “Darling” (it’s her nickname) in the near end of this video.. Sotto was about to part with his friends and tried to get down from the railings when his foot allegedly got caught in a planter, causing him to lose his balance and fall from his balcony at 4:50 a.m. on December 29, 2003.
