will the mod be free

I'm hoping to one day make a mod for Portal 2 titled "Beyond Aperture," where you play as a Test Subject who survived GLaDOS' neurotoxin when she killed everyone at Aperture, and wake up from a coma. And it takes place during the events of Portal 2, to fill in the plot holes of when Chell is in the underground portion of the game with PotatOS.

COASTERBOY246 yeah but Conversion (heard of it, by the way) takes place before portal 2, and this will sort of tie-in to the events of portal 2. Anyway, it is only a project. I haven't really started working on it yet. and i don't know whether to actually begin development. I would like to be a part of Coversion, though, to begin getting in the hang of things.

Nice references to song from 'Songs to Test By' Portal 2 OST, like "Reconstructing Ambience" is suppose to be "Reconstructing Science" and "Your Precious Test" is "Your Precious Moon". The songs also sound very Portal 2-ish, AWESOME! and those to songs sound similar to their references :P Doge: Much Easter Egg P.S. (.__.) -"I have no idea how to breathe."

I know it may seem weird replying to my own comment, but I just wanted to know: what did you use to play this? A synthesizer? If so, what kind? Just curiosity is all....

I really enjoy how you've made songs that perfectly fit the style of Portal 2's soundtrack, and I especially love the remixes of "Your Precious Moon" and "Reconstructing Science".

It's really interesting hearing how some of your motifs and styles intertwine between soundtracks. When Life Support came on I did a double take because I thought this was a song from Mel for a second lol. And of course how could you mistake the similarities between Your Precious Test and System Corruption, that was a pleasant surprise haha. Seriously amazing how you've managed to create such fitting and unique moods for each mod despite using similar instruments/sounds, incredible work. Always looking forward to more!

How awesome would this be: A Co-Op mode, where one player has a Portal Gun, the other, a Gel Gun.

This doesn't deserve to be a mod, it should be a legit game addon!!! Keep up the good work Harry, and remember, Keep making Science...

This is incredible. As if it was not clear enough already by previous videos, you are extremely talented.

"Boots" Yeah, great name for a track, Harry, well done.

I got a prerelease copy of the game for reasons and have played around two hours of the game. At first I thought the game just reused the Portal 2 soundtrack, which is a testament to how absolutely fantastic this is! Really fantastic job!

These are amazing - the fact how each of these slightly remind me of Portal 2 soundtracks is really cool, you've managed to keep the portal-mood in these tracks. Very eager for the game, I hope we get to enjoy it soon!

I am so In for this Project! The Gameplay seems fun, The music is awesome and of course you are featured in it... Portal and Portal 2 are my most favourite games of all time and this just made this soo much better...

confrontation and resonance never got used, test 00 used dereliction from tier 3 which is another mod he made an ost for. and take it slow is the one used in recycled test chamber 05

I got to test this for Mac and I could not stop playing it, got way too hooked to it.

Personally, a great soundtrack in a game changes everything for me. That was the case of Portal 2 with this outstanding ambiance. Your soundtrack is simply amazingly great as the Mike Morasky one's. Really nice job, I can't wait to play Aperture Tag, free or not.

Amazing work! My favorites had to be Life Support, and System Leak. Of course I had a nerdgasm when I heard Reconstructing Ambiance, as that was just amazing..

You're easily one of the most talented people on this website, I mean, you're a great music composer, one of the best SFM animators I've ever seen, a great voice actor, what are you doing here? You should be on an office at Valve helping to make Portal 3 a thing. (Even though I honestly don't want another Portal game)

"You are a dead test subject" sounds a lot better in-game. I think it's because of the source engine and the fact that the sound nodes are placed at several different places, and it comes from several different places in the map at some points. It's still pretty awesome both ways though :3

The in-game version is actually slightly different too (different synths, length and stuff). The one in this video / soundtrack was the version used in the trailer, and my personal favourite. It'd be so awesome if you guys could somehow continue on the story of Portal 2 and create Portal 3 for Valve, like Chell's later life such as opening a cake store, carefully monitored by Caroline out of care and concern, until one fine day when she lures her daughter back on her birthday to the labs, unknowing of a new virus in Aperture which traps Chell there :)

I'm going to be honest this soundtrack beats every other sound I've heard of Portal 2
