Portable Concrete Mixer - The Concrete CUBE
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
The CUBE is an on site self contained concrete batching system. It has been used in many applications including remote resort islands, deep in mines, and as a precast concrete batch plant. It is very portable with fork pockets for lifting on and off of trailers and moving around on the job site. Get more informaion at our website at concretecube.com

Actual human narration, clean & smooth video, no goofy animations, and no obnoxious music! Great job.
Love it. Great idea and well built! Mixing concrete is not rocket science - but it's heavy hard work in batches and you've built a great little machine that can batch mix fast. Great job!
@ArticIce56 most of our customers use their tractor bucket as the measuring tool. Several projects have used measured super sacks.
@sparkmedia01 You are exactly correct... But CUBE worked so well for "Cart-Away Universal Batching Equipment", so we just kept it that way!
That's a very innovative design, I like it!

@lifeshort We are sorry that you have missed the opportunity to actually use a CUBE to produce concrete. The reverse rotation of the drum will dispense all of the concrete from the drum when it is tilted down. There is no reason to drag out any material from the drum.
How is the aggregate measured? It doesn't seem to show that in the video.
This mixer suits projects that Im intending to do. Can you tell me what the cost is of this machine please? oh, the landing cost in Australia. thank you.

Tere, We have a distributor in Australia. Here is a page on our site that will provide you with his contact information: www.cart-away.com/international-solutions/ Let us know if we can provide you with any other details.
@lifeshort The language that you have chosen is sad. The cement loading chute requires no dismantling or assembly. It simple rotates and swings back under the drum when not in use. These units have been building quality projects for the past 5-years and our satisfied customers don't thing that they wasted our money.
Is there a UK distributor?

Precio de la mescladora
Also note the bottom front half of the drum doesn't lift above horizontal. You'll have to drag the last bit out with a shovel (there's a clip somewhere else on here showing it)

Nice mixer but the operator needs to wear a mask.
A fucking rediculous gadget. The cost of a clearly low-production unit like that wouldn't make it worthwhile. Notice how they partially cut out the section where the guy has to mount then dismantle the cement bag chute everytime before pouring the mix..... Nice idea but impractical as fuck. Shame you wasted millions developing it

lifeshort actually i worked for cart-way until the crash of 2008. I've built alot of these cubes and i know first hand how great this machine is and the top notch quality that goes into the manufacturing of these! these people were amazing to work for! nothing needs dismantled during operation. i will always remember fondly working for these guy's! if your such an expert at concrete batching equipment maybe you should come up with a better design! good luck with that
