For Permanent fix-> 1) Windows + R 2) type services.msc 3) find the service 4) right-click the service 5) then properties>startup-type>Disable or Manual Please Subscribe to my Channel! Thanks

i found a way to permanent fix it -Xamp control panel -Mysql>Config>my.ini -Ctrl+H (and replace 3306 for other port, i used 3307) > replace all
