FYI a channel called "Autogefuel" is claiming to be affiliated with Autogefuhl. I asked the question below (on their identical posting to this particular video - kzread.info/dash/bejne/fKN2lbaOnMm6hpM.html&lc=UgyWVdPYf0AF-8UwXOB4AaABAg) and this was their reply: Mike McCreadie 7 hours ago Is this [not tick-confirmed] channel affiliated in some way to the original "Autogefuhl" channel? Thanks for the video. Very helpful and informative. I have been waiting for the GTS for a long time and have one on order. I previously had a Macan SD which was a lovely car but it was always the petrol GTS that I wanted. Your video helped endorse my decision to wait.

Thomas, you are really at the top of your game! Excellent video as always. I now many don’t get the GTS Porsche packaging, but it has always appealed to me personally. It makes sense...most will not ever take their car on the track, but want a little more aggressive personality with daily drive capability. White or carmine red for me!

Great Review. Blank switches. I quite like a few switches rather than touch-screen menus, but not blank switches on an expensive car, thanks! And Porsche expensive "extras extras extras" policy is cynical - though the rich don't seem to mind - Porsche are for the rich! No HUD? Nice car. Great driving sequence and views through windscreen: we think we're riding with you. Good driving and commentary. Agree with your summary & choice of Macan. Many thanks.

Lovely review! 😘💖 I am liking Porsche now. I never hated them, but I just never looked at them, because...reasons. Maybe I am liking them because they are making more crossovers, SUVs and Hybrids rather than the other things they made, so I like that. Porsche is one of the only German brands I haven't fallen in love with by now. Hope that changes. I want to like this. ❤

Miami blue is just gorgeous

Drives very good. Stylish as well. Price is little high and turbo needs spark plug change at 30000 miles recommended which is expensive again.

Great review Thomas but I must admit I get more excited about EV’s these days 😀

Another good review. Exhaust sounds a bit louder than my new Turbo in sports + mode. Very fruity. I would still chose Turbo over GTS personally for extra comfort and the less aggressive looks. The Turbo standard features that are options on the GTS I would buy. So not huge difference in cost. 15 years younger I would choose the more sporty GTS.

Finlay Cooke completely agree. We went from a 2017 GTS to the new Turbo and I am glad we made the choice we did rather than getting another GTS. More power, better ride and similar exhaust note. Also price only worked out 5k more across 3 years, understandable given the extras you get in the turbo.

2:02 Sapphire Blue is now discontinued. I do not understand why Porsche did this, it was the best and most popular colours.

Went from a pre facelift GTS to new turbo with this 2.9 engine. If you want exhaust noise, worth going for the pre facelift. Was quite a bit louder. But this still sounds epic

I think you really have to be in love with this vehicle to buy it over the competition. Especially if you buy the 4 cylinder which is just a VW engine. A VW engine that is tuned higher in a Golf no less. So a Golf R gets more HP than a Macan with the same engine. That's embarrassing. And this GTS is quite a bit more than a SQ5, X3 M40i or GLC 43 isn't it? By the way, where's Mark Weber? ;) Holy I just spent my morning watching Thomas....

Fantastic color ... in a sunny country that is. I have a dolomite grey one... classic but not so sexy. :-)

I put a down payment on a 2020 Macan GTS over the holidays, delivery date of June 5th; this video isn't helping.

Do not understand this emphasis by manufacturers, of having really drab interiors. Why not add some colour to break up the endless grey. German car with optional extras, surely not :)))

what are you reviewing u just had to say same as macan but more powerful !

I didn't hear any mention of the fuel consumption.

Probably too late to point out but the Macan GTS (facelifted) doesn't have the Air Suspension option anymore. It comes only with the PASM as standard. The Macan S & Turbo has the option for Air Suspension & PASM. Though, this is a US thing, not too sure regarding Euro spec.

Air suspension is standard in the U.S. spec Macan GTS.

Guys. You are going to be responsible for persuading me to look at buying the GTS! I’ve made enquiries at my Porsche dealership here in London. You should add a warning on your videos. “May tempt you in buying”

the base macan with a 0 to 60 of 6.3 is a hard sell. Imagine sitting at a light and a mazda cx5 turbo pulls up... and at a third of the price is just as fast... no thanks, not for $90k+

Somebody should inform Porsche as to the correct use of the word Turbo. This GTS is also a Turbo, as it has 2 damn turbos. It doesn't get any more turboey than that. Their Taycan, that they call a Turbo, is in fact NOT a turbo. It's ridiculous and it's diluting the brand when they do stupid crap like that. Same with BMW and their M badges.

The seats are adjustable 18 ways not 8. Good job otherwise.

If Porsche is going the same route Mercedes-Benz plans to go, (where a customer can trade their Mercedes-Benz gasoline car and have it fully electrified) then it is no issue. Thomas talked about that a bit in the GLE reviews.
