The price please ?
I would be fascinated in a sociological study of the occupants who live here. On a happiness index...I wonder where they would fall... assuming they were telling the truth and anonymously. I’m guessing these folks are really burdened with sadness and greed- truly empty feelings that materialism and the hedonic treadmill can’t sooth. Another sports car is a diversion to an empty life. Another material comfort won’t stop the longing to have a meaningful existence. I actually pity the aimlessness that a “residence” (prison?) like this promotes.
It's very cool but all that technology will be outdated in a few short years forcing you to shell out $$$$$$$ to upgrade everything. The home is less of an investment and more of a money pit.
