Porsche 996 GT3RS Uncovered
We get to experience a 996 GT3RS uncovered at @thestablesuae.
This Riviera Blue example of the first GT3RS produced is amazing in every way. An original unmolested Porsche which is now 16 years old and looks as fresh as it would have done leaving the factory.
This isn't a tiptronic or a PDK car, this is a manual Porsche racing car.
Produced between 2003 and 2005 only, these cars were never sold in the US and this is potentially the only GCC specification car.

Why does the car have the US Spec rear bumper if the 996 GT3 RS was never sold over there?

Pedro Leão not sure, but it was never sold in the US, perhaps it was the spec at the time, we haven’t seen a euro car.

Yes you are right, we looked in the book but it said carbon fibre, but we think you are right. We had a few chats about it after recording.
Ace car. Sits so right. Parked up next to one in my 96 last year at Salon Privé and it had the perfect stance!

Needs using, it's a crime just to look at it, get it on the road or the track, that's why Porsche made it!
