Porsche 993 Speedster Remastered by GuntherWerks
The Guntherwerks Porsche 993 Speedster is a restomod of the classic 993-generation 911 Speedster. It is based on a 1995 Porsche 911 Cabriolet, but the bodywork is completely new and made of carbon fiber. The engine is a 4.0-liter air-cooled flat-six that is built by Rothsport Racing. It is tuned to produce 431 horsepower and 335 lb-ft of torque. The transmission is a six-speed manual.
The suspension is upgraded with Bilstein dampers and Porsche 997 Turbo control arms. The brakes are Porsche 997 Turbo brakes with six-piston calipers up front and four-piston calipers in the rear. The wheels are 19-inch magnesium alloy wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. The interior is trimmed in leather and Alcantara.
The car has a top speed of 296 km/h (184 mph). Only 25 examples were produced, and each one was sold for a starting price of $850,000. The cars are all spoken for, but if you have the money, you can still put your name on the waiting list for a future build.
