Porsche 911 Boxster 996/986 exhaust bolt removal with Stomski Racing SR067 jig
In this video I show how to use the Stomski Racing SR067 jig to remove snapped exhaust bolts from the cylinder head. This applies to the 996 911 and the 986 Boxster.

Have done many without but have to say its a nice jig - in-situ it is a mare but have done few 🤬🤯😊😊😊👍
Great video again Martin. In readiness for when mine need replacing I have the titanium stud kit from TDF - will you be fitting similar?
Could have done it on car ?
Have you still got this jig to rent out?
How do you secure this jig if all the bolts snap when trying to remove the manifold?

You can't use that jig if you haven't got 2 or more studs removed, I had 5 of 6 snap off on one side. Much easier with head removed , under the car it's a bloody nightmare of a job and the studs are very hard.
