Ako ay Ilocano. Ang pagka alam ko ang Dinakdakan ay nag-originate sa Mountain Province dahil sa aminig lugar na may mga tiga-Ilocos, Mountain Province, Iloilo, etcetera dahil sa pinaka-malaking kampo ng Pilipinas lumaki kaya halo-halo ang mga tao. Noong bata pa ako ang nakikita kong nagluluto ay si Auntie Baguingay na tiga-Mountain Province. Hindi pa famous ang dinakdakan noon. Sisig palang ang alam ng mga tao kasama ang mga Ilocano sa aming lugar.
