INGREDIENTS
🔪500 gr. pork neck bites
🔪1 tbsp. olive oil
🔪fresh juice of 1/2 lemon
🔪1 tbsp. mustard
🔪1 tsp. honey
🔪1 tsp. oregano
🔪 salt
🔪 pepper
Tips:
1. At the end, pour over the juice left on the non-stick paper tray.
2. For softer meat try putting the pork in the freezer. Allow the meat to gradually thaw to room temperature before cooking.
