Ingredients for 3 servings
350g pork
1 onion
1 clove garlic
200 ml water
4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon honey
1 can of demi-glace
(1) Cut onion into wedges. Lightly crush garlic and cut into rounds.
(2) Fry the pork pieces. When almost cooked, add onion and garlic. Stir-fry for about 1 minute after the oil has been turned.
(3) Turn off the heat. Add water, tomato ketchup, honey, and canned demi-glace.
(4) Heat again, and when it comes to a boil, reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 13 minutes.
