Outstanding love duet.

This is my favorite love duet. Not moon, spoon, June, but each one finding happiness through the happiness of the other. And the music is wonderful. Excellent singing here.

Timeless & classic African-American musical!! Saw a Broadway revival years ago & been obsessed since!!

It's actually both. There is a version with spoken dialog, and another with sung recitations.

Absolutely stunning!

Une version extraordinaire : quelles voix AMPLES ! Quels beaux legato ! Et quelle belle mise en scène, prise de son, etc ! Ma version préférée sur KZread. Après recherche, il s'agit de Angel Blue (soprano), Eric Owens (baryton-basse), et John Wilson (chef d'orchestre) à la tête de l'orchestre du Metropolitan Opera.
