For Context for non-𝙅 𝙖 𝙯 z musicians or just non-musicians in general: The lick is a quick little sequence of notes that a group of friends noticed was played in every solo, so this turned into a running gag where you just put it over every solo.

That reminds me I did put it in a solo just for the fun of it in Maiden Voyage. Everyone laughed which was awesome! I wonder in every solo if they meant it or not! Or maybe the Illuminati confirmed amongst jazz musicians that the Lick had to be in this world for us to live in this world longer!
