You are not right, Fuji came out of were music. That was why most Fuji musicians were Muslims while juju musicians were mostly christians. Juju use mainly stringed instruments while Fuji is mainly drum based.

I really enjoy the words of this great musician, infact I learned many things from Interview long life and prosperity.

They might be senior to him but they belong to the same era. He is not less than 70years as you see. Do you even know that late Sawaba was a year older than Baba Kollington Ayinla and Sawaba conceded seniority to him?

@ rafiu Abiodun Kollington Ayinla was 2 yrs senior to sawa a. Kebe n Kwara celebrated 73 yrs in may 2023. Late lyanda sawaba died @ the age of 71. Early 2023.

Late Sikiru Ayinde Barrister cannot be your contemporary (Sawawu), never. SAB, changed were music to 'Fuji music' in 1966 & released his first Fuji record same year, under TYC records, owned by the late Bolarinwa Abioro. You started urs in 1978. according to your interview
