That's not how loading zones work. (purple hand appearing makes sense to me, failsafe n all, but this isn't real anyway so who cares) Also why do you even want to be in HSH? That's just a sub-mission, the end cutscene trigger is literally somewhere completely different 6:33 ...you literally hear the clicking from terrible audio splicing. 8:35 couldn't find the progression item, escapes with obvious splice 9:23 battery already in socket. I'm going off the fact that the CURRENT ruleset doesn't work like that, but I guess there's an argument for changing it, and they might do that in the future... tho maybe not, because it might be hard to figure out the exact frame where the player gains control. Probably easier to retime the runs you mention to the "New Game" convention. Oh yea, watching the TetraBitGaming video: your approach literally doesn't work, because the player apparently has enough control during that first cutscene to prepare a small speedup glitch. So it HAS to start with New Game.
