I remember that in the before 1960-1970 years, the yakuts finished the around dance *osuohai* with movements "kөтүү"(by improvising - a flying). This is the most *salt* of dance, meaning to fly to a meeting with the Tengri(god). Then 90-100 years old parents *flew* like 16 old years! This was them a GREAT PLEASURE! With the incentive they extended their lives. ☝️🙌
