@@mdrizzy4965 Let me explain because I know the names can get confusing for many people. The Russian Greek Catholic Church is a Russian church that uses Byzantine rite (sometimes it is also called the Russian Byzantine Catholic Church which is easier to understand, but the word "Greek" is used instead of "Byzantine" in its official name). Don't mistake this church with the Greek Byzantine Catholic Church, which is a Greek church that also uses Byzantine rite. Both of these churches are Catholic and are in communion with the Pope.

There should be a lot of love from Moscow and The Orthodox Church for the consecration in March 2022. That consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, is what truly turned things around for Russia in the existential threat posed to them.

They will repent, but it takes time. Conversion must come from within, think of Afghanistan. Mental attitude is very important, faith and works, can't say much about people from that region. But we can always trust in the Lord who wants nothing but peace on earth as it is in heaven. ✝️🇻🇦

What happens is that we have non Catholics infiltrating Catholic medias and groups to make their own opinions according to their own agenda, including mooo slems the biggest religious group that actually support him (Pakistan, Iran, Afghanistan, Malaysia, Indonesia to name a few). We've been warned by the US government maybe try to pay more attention rather than spouting your negativity all the time, especially to us Catholics!

Years after years, decades after decades, centuries after centuries, not our war, we only mediate and have been helping conflicting parties. Our fault that we fought pagans to stop human sacrifice, persecution, etc. Our fault to mediate conflicting parties as peaceful as possible, to release the hostages as we can no longer go to war (aren't you secularists want this?), opening the doors for them to get in the (majority) Catholic countries (Poland, Austria, Philippines) Yet it still is our fault if we do nothing at all.

But the good thing is that Orthodoxy is a genuine fraternal Church - they have exorcisms etc. and didn't abandon the heritage of sacramental ordination of priest as opposed to protestantism that disconnected utself from the true Body of Christ. While The Roman Church is the true one, Orthodoxy isn't false as well. The only issue is agreeing on the sovereign of the papacy

There is much more to the schism than papal primacy. Much more. There is the filioque doctrine. And the schism was very much politically and culturally based.

Yes correct. They are using the Julian calender which is just plainly astronomically incorrect. Simultaneously some of them are using the Gregorian calender. Result? Services, text readings, feasts, fast etc. mismatched. They are a mess. I am an Eastern Orthodox myself, take it from me.
