Inubitably! I'm glad they paid the exorcist & that she didn't get repossessed!

She’s awesome. Her non overdubbed voice in the exorcist scenes are amazingly good and even better than the overdub in many ways. What’s crazy is that her voice now sounds similar to Mercedes McCambridge who dubbed in the voice for Regan.

Yes when it got to the point where Regan was possessed Mercedes McCambridge took over. She had to do the stuff she did to do the demonic scenes. Or maybe if Brad Dourif was around he could ve did the demonic Regan possessed voice. Brad Dourif was the voice of Chucky from Child s Play

She really means so much to me..i really hope they have her in the new movies, would be a true mistake if they didn’t

As a child, I spent about 12 years in the same town as Linda Blair: Westport, Ct. My late older brother was once invited over to her house by her Mom to give guitar lessons to her older sister. A few years later, the same year that 'The Exorcist' was made (1973), my brother found himself in a recording studio in NYC with one of Tina Turner's backup singers, recording a song about Satan. A few years after that, my family (minus my Mom) moved into the same neighborhood as Ellen Burstyn. And then about 15 years after that, my brother (and his guitar) was invited over to Keith Richards' house. You know, the guy who co-wrote 'Sympathy For The Devil'; which reminds me: One of my favorite songs as a kid was The Beatles' version of "Devil In Her Heart". This is all true (and then some), and it means something.
