I'm just happy there are other people in the world struggling to make that darn honeycomb thingy. I used to fail and burn it all the time when I was in the professional kitchen. As soon as you add baking soda, you have to take the pot off the heat and pour the liquid on a non-stick surface. Even then it might burn if didn't add the soda at the right time. 😑 But hey, it sure does make for a very cute and entertaining content!😁
