🎯STORY TIME: Guests invited. Equipment rented. Food ordered. Pool cleaned. Sun shining. Tracks sorted. Cameras & drone charged. Ready to record. What could go wrong? Nothing, right? Well, almost 😅 - Most of the guests arrived after sunset & after I finished my mix 👀 - Main camera stopped recording for 20mins (luckily I set up a 2nd one) 🍀 Did we still have a great time? Thanks for that! I have a rough idea in my head what kind of sound fits the setting & knowing a lot of my tracks I create a playlist with them, before testing a specific order. Generally speaking I want to take people on a journey during the mix & then get the tracks that feel most suitable for that. In the end it’s knowing the setting, the sound, my tracks and then just going off my intuition & taste 🙏 Hope that answers your question!
