Please break down every step of the game for us with a video like this! Next step: hitting the break! Details on the different break setups for 8 ball and 9 ball, what to do with a bad break, how to hit hard without messing up your aim, etc

Pre-shot routine might be a good idea too.
For most people watching this videos, the very basics are the most important. Thanks for the video.
I’ve been working on keeping my arm at 90 degrees and my grip. I didn’t think about changing the position of my grip until this video . Thanks

You over think, you'll never sink (balls consistently). Too much "90', relaxed butt grip...stop it. I work with an ex-Tour player 2x/month. After a while, we played $$ 9 ball; he wins, I pay $5, I win, he pays me $10...not now. We play straight up for $10 a game now, sometimes $20. Lesson:? I am self taught, 62, started playing April of 2023..that's right. I'm right there with a professional. Why? 2 golden rules: 1) Do what makes you most comfortable and confident at the table (bridge, tempo, etc) and 2) what gets results ! Closed bridge for me, very long (12"-15") stroke with my bridge hand practically scraping (I tape up, no glove for me) the table. Comfortable, results and gets sarcastic comments, until they play me. Naturally, I put the time in daily and love it. Got to put in all the reps you can..and I am.Get to work, player.
Nice tutorial so we adjust our grip hand depending on the shot we doing
I have been playing for years but wanted to see if i can improve by using these techniques and low and behold after only 3 games trying it these ways has made a difference 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 wish me luck in my pool league game this evening

next video about " how to jump with normal cue ( no jump cue) !!!
Good vid. I am a novice, i always figured that the hand in front and how the front hand "holds" the stick was far more important, ...huh
Sharivari can you please make video teach me how to pot the 30 to 60 degrees shot to make the ball to the corner pocket. I find it so hard to pot these kind of situation even though i use ghost ball method. Thank you

I treat the cue like a drum stick. My pinkie and ring push on the bottom up to keep it forward.
How do i hold it in the front for the best stability?

Whats the Brand of your queue? Write the link please.
What cue he's using in this video?
Filmed myself the other day playing pool and realised i been holding my cue like shown at the 1.00 mark. Now im super subconscious of trying to correct this while playing pool. Im not sure if when i filmed it was due to tiredness or is a natural grip..? Im going to work on holding it with a straight wrist but my question is. If i can shoot straight with a "weird" twisted grip and feels comfortable then should i change it?
@Sharivari

I am a fan of doing what works for you. You don't always need textbook technique to be able to shoot straight. Check what happens if you take it to the test, by shooting a really hard straight stop or draw shot. If you always miss (in the best case always to the same side), you have to fix something. You gotta find out if it's your wrist or something else though.

Naw what's important is what comfy because I've seen a lot of players who can't do a lot of things that are the " norm" for me it's all about practice the more you love this game the more your technique isn't going to be like some0ne elses maybe lol
bro your grip is way too loose
