Oh my this was so heart wrenching and tender... Loss by time, or illness is still loss, it always hurts... You, Illya, Pink and Muse did such a wonderful job with your story...

Hold on, Twilight said that she didn’t want to revert Applejack to a younger age because she would just get the cancer again and feel all that pain all over again. Rainbow said that by the time they went to the doctor’s it had already spread to much to treat it. So why couldn’t Twilight have cast the reverse-aging spell, have Rainbow and AJ wait until AJ started showing symptoms of the cancer again, then take her to the doctors once she did? If they just did that, AJ wouldn’t have to die. I just see that as a major plot-hole that’s all. If anyone wants to prove me wrong, go ahead, I’m open to all opinions about this.

Poor Rainbow Dash, true it's hard to say goodbye especially to a deceased lover but even though AJ is gone she will always be with RD just as she will always be with rest of the Mane 6, but RD has so many wonderful memories of AJ and as long as RD continues to cherish those memories of her, she will never truly be alone. A very emotional and phenomenal reading Scribbler and friends, you all did a terrific job narrating this story, and Scribbler you did an absolutely magnificent job putting this story together, thank you so much for this Happy Pride Month!!!

Loss is sad. It can make you feel alone. Yet life goes on as normal for those who do not know, it seems like the world does not care. Sometimes one

Just happened to listen to this on Veterans Day, when all I'm thinking about is my grandpa (Air Force Vet) who's no longer with us. Would've been 98 this past Sunday, but we lost him over 4 years ago. I know how Rainbow feels, the loss of someone very close will always hurt. But, they are never truly gone. I miss my grandpa dearly to this day, but I know he's with me, just like AJ will always be there for Rainbow. Once again, incredible job Scribbler, and everyone who voiced in this. R.I.P Roy Frank "Paw Paw" Porter.

Ah, my papa was a veteran, Vietnam I believe, I am glad he died in his sleep, but it doesn't stop it from hurting

This is a very good reminder of mortality and that we need to spend our time wisely because we will all eventually die at some point. Memento Mori.

Who even came up with this alicons are immortal concept I think the mane 6 should have died together it atleast not tragic as this I mean all 6 of them were best friends so all 6 of them finally tasting death together will not cause pain to the other (And I know that the mane 6's family members will be heartbroken but at least it won't be painful for the barers of the elements of harmony[i.e the mane 6] But I guess dying and leaving their world and moving into the hereafter will be) (I think)

I feel as if this was also a huge slice of life story. How you feel when you lose someone you love and how you wish you could do something, ANYTHING to bring them back. Lots of should've, could've, would've and Whys you'll think when it does happen. The emotions from Rainbow Dash were so pure and full of realism. Huge props to the VA for it! Losing a loved one to something you can't control leaves you feeling helpless and so confused and the VAs in this really brought that feeling to life. This story is absolutely amazing Scribbler! (Still crying) Idk how you're able to put such emotion into words and then bring it to life. 👏👏👏 10/10!!

Spot on Twilight in this one. It was sad, but with a touch of the good old heartwarmer. RD is hurt, but she has friends who will help her to the best of their ability. Friends that care.

That ending is so eerie, being left with only the ghosts of our past...

I am sometimes struck with the fact I have never lost anything in a meaningful way throughout my life. Friends were left behind, but always on good terms and never were completely lost, pets were never a thing for me and familiar seem almost timeless. So everytime I hear, read or watch this sort of breakdown, I know that when my time is ripe for it I will understand why they acted, the way they did.

My mom died last December 13th so this hits all the hard spots. I know it has no malicious intent but the pain is real!

I was in such a good mood before this.

No one knows the mystery ponies from My little pony, might returned as a nightmare ponies.

Even though Rainbow is my least favorite member out of the mane 6 mostly due to her attitude and how loud/arrogant she can be, I feel her pain and sympathize with her a lot. When our mom was sick going on ten years ago next month, I wished that I could have taken her illness into my own body; I too felt helpless knowing that she would pass on, which she did a few weeks before we were supposed to go on vacation to the Carolinas. I also caught the AJ+RD carved into the tree trunk where Rainbow is perched on and I also noticed Winona on the bed even though I thought it was a blanket at first.

This is a great story... But wasn't Cadence originally a pegasus before she turned into an alicorn? I could understand earth ponies being harder or even impossible to turn into an alicorn though since they'd need wings and a horn and not just one

Scribbler has a voiced adaptation for forever faithful its a grimdark about Twilight writing to Princess Celestia in the afterlife it is scary but awesome
