Pomodoro Online (4 Cycles w/ Binaural Beats)
Pomodoro Online (4 Cycles w/ Binaural Beats). Get 2 solid hours of work done! More at outsmartinglife.com.
Play the Pomodoro Online Timer in the background on your computer or phone to get two hours of FOCUSED work or studying done. It will work best on routine and focused tasks. If you are working on a large, multi-faceted project it is better to break it up.
How To Use The Pomodoro Online Timer:
1) Do 25 minutes of focused work (the music will change when this is over)
2) Take a 5 minute break (meditation recommended for optimal results)
Repeat this cycle four times (the duration of this video) then take a 15 minute break. You may then start over if you'd like to get even more work done :)
How does it work?
This Pomodoro Online Timer utilizes two very powerful methods- the Pomodoro Timer and binaural beats- to help you focus and get s**t done!
The Pomodoro Timer Method has been around for years and it aims to maximize focus by encouraging regular breaks to reduce mental fatigue. It also keeps you on task by minimizing distractions.
Now onto binaural beats. So without getting too nerdy on ya, binaural beats essentially give you control over your brain waves.
You can put your brain into a state of hyper focus, like we did for the first 25 minutes of this session, OR you can put it into a state of deep relaxation, sleep, etc.
We used gamma waves for the first 25 minutes to help you focus and theta waves for the last 5 minutes to give your brain time to rejuvenate.
That's all for now. Let me know what you thought of the video by leaving me a comment below :)

PS Sorry about the misspelling of "rejuvenate" on the intro slide. Don't know how I missed that!
Thanks for watching Pomodoro Online!

Adjust your volume so that it's more of a background hum rather than an intense buzzing. It helps for me to listen to soft piano or instrumental while this is at a low hum. Too loud and it hurts my head too!
Very helpful for me as I suffer from ADD; both the beats and the slices of concentration help to focus. Thanks for this and look forward to more beats and combinations.
Tysmm for uploading this video! I got so much work done and the time I spent studying felt as short as 30min(Even though it was 2h)
This is so great. I usually listen to lofi channels, but this is so much better for actually digging in and focusing.
i loved it so much ,thanks for uploading

Hey James! Sorry about the delay. The other video is shorter, and I have it on a playlist so that you can listen on repeat, but there's really no other difference besides that, so feel free to use either!
I can hear another ringing in my ears, so I guess my brain worked with this as it translated the sound into another frequency! Thank you, it was really helpful!

Outsmarting Life You are welcome, I use this everyday for maths revision and learning, for writing and time keeping when studying, I'd love it if you found more content on productivity or even study music, because your piece is very satisfying to listen to.
