On this episode of TheFallenState TV, host Jesse Lee Peterson is joined by author, motivational speaker, and celebrity mentor Brother Polight, along with his wives Raet and Amunet. Jesse quizzes Brother Polight, Raet, and Amunet on what it's like to have one man and four women under one roof in a polygamous relationship. How does Brother Polight get "the okay" to bring more women into the relationship? What causes the women to agree to be part of this type of construct? Does Brother Polight have a "favorite"? How does he decide who to have sex with? Do the 'sister wives' get jealous of each other? How many wives is too many wives, according to Brother Polight? Even surrounded by beautiful women, his children, and a booming business, does Brother Polight ever feel a void inside? Stay tuned for an outrageous, no-holds-barred interview!

3 black men had 76 children with over 40 black women in Memphis. There's more black women with children than black men with children... There's more black women with multiple children by multiple men than black men with multiple children by multiple women (around double the amount). Which means a big percentage of black females are sleeping with the same dudes. If you think about it polygamy is prevalent in the black community.

The question that needs to be asked is why is polygamy against the law?! But Homosexual and Lesbians unions are legal? Sodomy is in the law books as an offense but has been amended out or is not enforced today. Seems to me that unions that can produce children besides monogamist relationships are illegal. I think it's a form of population control and prevention of wealth building and maintenance! Monogamy is a European construct because African and Middle Eastern cultures have been practicing polygamy for thousands of years. While in Europe only a Monarch could have more than one wife.

For instance this is my human being that I impregnate and who does the cooking and cleaning and caring for the children. All it does his put them in the context that they are there to fulfill the obligations of a female. Is the guess where to use the word women that would connotate more than just their physical functions.

What do most husband's cut off their wives or something and not allow them to have an opinion? Usually from what I see a lot of times it's the total opposite with men that are whipped into submission and the women seem to wear the pants in the household. A lot of husband's keep their feelings to themselves and probably for good reason. I just don't see what you're talking about as being true.

He promotes structure, knowledge, discipline, he is respectful, he adores them, he makes them feel important. You can easily get good sex from anybody but it's not easy to find a man who thinks the way he does.

This man and these women are well spoken and they clearly have balance and happiness in their relationships. It works for them and that’s the bottom line. The best part is that they all seem to be very concerned about the well being of the children involved and that is so important and so lacking in many relationships. I enjoyed this interview and the people who participated in it.

I think it’s really interesting that when it comes to people of color, no matter the situation/subject matter, that people like to point out how “well spoken” they might be in their particular opinions. I’m not sure why that would have anything to do with the subject matter. And I’ve watched/read similar comments on this and other subject matters, with participants who are not people of color, and how he/she/they spoke was never taken into account, and frankly left out altogether. This is indeed something to 🤔 about. I should add that in similar ways, this is much like the Islamic law on marriage. Albeit, the maximum number of permissible wifes is four. And that the female would not be permitted to have any extra marital relations. The construct is indeed the construct. There’s much more of course, just keeping that part simple. Most Muslim men decide not to take that option, because it would not work for him/his wife. As you said, “if it works for them that’s the bottom line”. From a African American Islamic point of view, it’s interesting reading the comments here vs comments on videos by Muslims on similar subject matter.

Amun (also Amon, Ammon, Amen) is the ancient Egyptian god and was one of the most powerful gods in ancient Egypt. Brother Polight’s wife Amunet also spelled Amonet or Amaunet; is a primordial goddess in ancient Egyptian religion.
