POLO PARK MALL walking tour | Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. [4K] 🇨🇦
Polo Park is the largest mall of the eight malls in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. It opened in 1959 and became one of the first enclosed shopping malls in Canada when a roof was added in 1963. It is situated on the former Polo Park Racetrack near the junction of Portage Avenue and St. James Street.

I worked there in the 70's. I had a better mall experience overall than I do there today.
I remember going to that mall in the 2000s but it seems a lot different in my memory. The floors looked newer and shiny back then and there was a fountain by the glass elevator and the middle part of the mall was full of pop up shops and it was so busy and loud with talking and music playing. It seems kind of dead in this video but maybe it was off hours?
Awesome Job Walk With My lifel
Do Portage Place😂
I walked down to Polo Park (down Wellington Crescent) from Osborne Village two months ago, I did happen to find the hiking shoes I was looking for, I didn't even see the bikini tickle fight kiosk set up inside the mall any more, and the food court didn't have a pizza by the slice vendor so it was a bit of a disappointment in the end but not a complete waste of time.
Je connais j'y suis allé cette été acheté des souvenirs de l'équipe de hockey les Jets , j'ai mangé sur place c'était une bonne promenade

Polo park is realy big mall
I live in Winnipeg and there was construction on the mall back in 2017 to add some space. It's 2024 and most of the 'new area' isn't open or available. It is a good place to shop though when the weather outside is freezing. But like alot of malls.... overpriced garbage!!
I’m from Winnipeg. And where are you from as well?
Polo park mall is nothing today compared to the 80’s and 90’s.
I live near here the mall is so small sorry
