Polishing a BMW E39 Wagon/Touring with Turtle Wax's One & Done compound

Using my sponsor Turtle Wax's Hybrid Solutions Pro One & Done compound on friend Danny's (@father_white) E39 Touring.
Warning: I'm an amateur, but I like to try.

Gr8 job. On a car like that - the right products and time...lots of time. I have been REALLY impressed with that compound. Recently did a 7 year old Prius that was in that condition - or worse. When I began the job I'm like ooof let's see where this goes... using the 50/50 microfiber pad and the One and Done it came out stunning. Not only did the compound work with the right pad as far as the cut, but the BRILLIANT shine and gloss that it brought out in the dark blue metalflake was really satisfying. I coated it with a healthy dose of Seal&Shine and the client wasn't sure if it was the same car. Great products!

This came up in my feed. That's a lot of work for a pre-sale detail. I'd hit it with Imperial Hand Glaze, as I have, and have near perfect looking paint, especially to a non-detailer, in a half hour. Less. If you were keeping the car, sure, a good way to go. Good luck.

I do not have a polisher, could I get any decent results using 1 and done by hand polishing?

Yeah for sure, same prep and using clean towels- just a lot more work like anything machine vs hand.

I would just use a cleaner liquid wax if you're doing it by hand. Cutting all that swirling would kill your arm.
