Same lute as Julian Bream in those days ... A great lute forerunner with much classical guitar right hand technic. I have the CDs. For what concerns the pieces by Hans Neusidler, Konrad Ragossnig did even better with the help of " tambour de basque etc... small percussions " added to the lute in an LP which seems not have been converted into a CD. Great thanks ! All the best ...

You're such an intelligent person, I swear, it's baffling. Going up to someone you've seen in your life and saying shit like this. 1) I'm not Jewish, I'm 100% Polish. Just because you can't find reasonable arguments to counter my my anti-German argumentation doesn't make me Jewish. 2) I'm a Polish nationalist, not a white nationalist. White nationalism is just an excuse for a pan-Europeanism 3) Both of my parents are art graduates with masters degrees.

It sounds as if you are using your nails rather than finger tips. I personally prefer it as it gives a greater tonal range but I know the purists don't approve. Do you know if there are any records of renaissance lutenists using their nails?

Why is this called Polish/Hungarian Lute Music, when the first composer is Italian, and the last three composers are Austrian or German (it's true, you can google that). Also, the last three song names are in german? The second last translates to 'Welsh dance' and the last one to 'German dance'. I mean no offense, but those songs are not connected to Hungary or Poland, and it's literally 4 out of 6 songs. Half of the songs are in the category of German Renaissance Lute Music (you can look that up aswell). And it's so obvious too, just look at the names. _Hans, Hans, Matthäus_

@@TheTimeDetective42 "Wojciech". "A(da)lbert" is a false German-like tradicional translation of the name. Nothing incommon liguistically, but only because of a personal-historic situation of one Wojciech (baptised baby) and one Adalbert (godfather) somewhere in the past. If ever, "Wojciech" should be given back as "Siegfried" (literally "Kampffreud").

Wow! East-Germany you say? And Poles are the one's who see their borders in Amsterdam and Moscow? Really? The only time Toruń (that is the Slavic name, and Toruń was originally Slavic) was truly German, was during the partitions, not when Copernicus was alive, nor during the lives of his parents. Toruń, until 1466, was under the rule of the Ordo domus Sanctæ Mariæ Theutonicorum Hierosolymitanorum, it's true; but Copernicus fought against the order.
