Putting kids riding in a toy car in jail is something tools would do. Contacting the parents and making sure they get home safely is the logical thing to do. And the right thing to do.

I knew it, I knew it I knew it. Captain Porter rescued those brats from the car thief that accidentally kidnapped them in a video about 6 months ago and then he was stuck razing them and taking care of them. He should have made the car thief adopt them as punishment!!

I honestly did that, playing an officer and stopping my nephew when he was young and driving his toy car. He showed me an imaginary license, and I let him go. Why wasn't Officer Jacobs smart enough to do that?

I like how Porter does his work. All the same, I actually find it more sporting if the bad guy stands up for his actions, THEN it's a real confrontation! Porter's got it easy. I'm surprised the bad guys never try to kick his butt.

Now usually in cases like these, the cop, the kid, and the parent are usually laughing due to it being a harmless, friendly joke.
