This is the best part about YT. A police officer picks up a camera and creates something better than the TV networks. Live PD was undeniably a hit with America. But this shits all over it ! A good for the people, by the people moment imo.

Both Nick and Live PD are both great in their own ways. I've been watching nick for a very long time and his content is always awesome. When he was doing videos for Miami he focused on the different divisions. My favorite is the tactical robbery unit. I love that he's doing ride alongs now. If you haven't seen them already, look up Friday's With Frank. Awesome content and I would absolutely love if Nick rode with him on a few shifts. I've always loved traffic units and that would be something I'd want to be a part of if I got into law enforcement

Great video man, little tip of advice for all you just starting your LE career. Officer discretion is one of the best things we have. It’s not always necessary to pound people with heavy citations. Most of the time, a written warning or a REDUCED speeding citation is plenty.

Agreed! We took a lot more stops that day, most of them were warnings, couldn’t fit all of them in the story line. But yeah, Sometimes just the close call for getting a ticket is enough to get the point across.

You are 100% right about the diapers! I always tell people to buy diapers for baby showers(bigger sizes). Also, if you are going to buy baby clothes, buy bigger sizes like 3-6 months and 6-9 months. Don't buy newborn sizes because they outgrow those so quickly, and everyone else will be buying that size

Got to watch those brake lights. I travel that road a lot to visit by sister. See a lot of brake lights for no reason usually means cops. Remember the time I had my bike, when we hit big cypress, we stayed 5mph under. Those cops have no chill for speeders.

Alligator Alley was my favorite trip with my parents when home from the Navy. My family lived in Homestead and visited the Miccosukee reseravation for the fry bread, crafts, and Powwows.😊

when i first started driving a truck in 2000, i remember dreading crossing AA, it felt like it took forever…. 23 years later it’s not a long enough drive. 😎👍

Radar detector is a must in the alley. The Miccosukee Tribe had a no chase policy. Citation goes to Miami-Dade Courthouse but the offense occurs in Broward, Miami-Dade Court as no venue. Easy win for the driver.

If the infraction occurs in Broward county then Broward County Court House will receive the citation. If the driver files to dispute the citation in Broward County, then I show up to court at Broward County Court House West Satellite in Plantation . If it is a Criminal Citation or arrest, it will go to the main Court House in Downtown Ft. Lauderdale.We have jurisdiction in both Miami-Dade and Broward county.

Radar detectors are useless against DSR radars and lasers because by the time it goes off it's too late they already got you.

Traffic enforcement is dangerous work especially with the high speeds/distractions. A vehicle becomes a 1 1/2 ton missile. We have a junk yard of squad cars from accidents mostly from turnpike details. Be safe out there peeps, especially in bad weather. Awesome production from Nick as usual.

Miccosukee PD is probably the worst PD job in the state. As a former cop of Davenport, FL back in 2014, and graduate of BLE 278 in 2011. I personally thank the Miccosukee PD for never hiring me when I was desperate for any job. This PD is toxic. You're working for some Indian. In 2012 or 2013 that Indian Chief fired like 22 officers because they complained about being overworked and under paid. One of the officers fired a female committed suicide. Thank you Miccosukee for never calling me. Now since 2015, I work for the federal government. Miccosukee is worse than state corrections....LMAO So blessed to have never been called.

In the Netherlands you get a ticked when you're on the freeway without fuel. It's a drivers responsibility to fill up the car on time. They get ticketed bc they are endangering people and themself when standing next the freeway.

Is there any possibility to find out which Law Enforcement Agency you can apply for without beeing a US Citizen? In my case I´m a german career soldier with 18 years of service and I would like to know if there is any kind of chart or something similar to get an overview or do I have to do the research by visiting every Website?
