@@SarinaSazi No, all they have to do is investigate the charges. They did have a legitimate warrant for CM. This is why they would have to find drugs in the open, lying in plain sight. Finding something in plain sight under a warrant for something other that drugs is absolutely legitimate. The question is, did they actually found the drugs in plain sight, or did they take a sample from his stash and place it in plain sight for their drug case to stand? It's all just a little too convenient for me to buy wholesale.
