LEGALS 1) Beardy Plod… “You can request the photo through the portal in the normal way”. Well, you probably can, but you do NOT have use to their preferred method. All you have to do is email their data controller. Thats it. Their ‘data demand forms’ help them, not us; they take time and energy - and collect a raft of unnecessary data about you. Easy to get wrong or miss a box, all just provides them with more opportunities to delay… and after 30 days the videos are auto wiped. In Law, you simply don’t have to use them. Also, Every employee should, technically, know the name of their “data controller.” It’s reasonable to be directed to a website though. 2) Once, during an data capture incident, someone has told you you’re being recorded , technically no one else in that organisation has to tell you, in Law. So the first Plod broke the Law, the second didn’t. But it remains a policy failure for him not to tell you (it helps remind him, and helps remind you to request both videos). Hint… when requesting data, always request “ALL DATA HELD ON ME FROM ALL SOURCES”. That way, if secretly recorded, you must get it all. Ask for a “non redacted copy”. 3) Silly arrogant armed Plod broke the Police Reform Act by deliberately and knowingly ignoring the report of a threat of assault, a s5 offence. He made matters worse by TELLING you not to inflame the situation and “siding” with the villain. But as we all know, this is todays Plod. Posing with guns, bullying a man on a bench… but when there’s GENUINE criminal offence, they’re not interested. Pathetic. Irresponsible. Shameful. I would have gone berserk with that Plod, requested him name, number, inspectors name and a full explanation as to why the criminal offence right in front of him was deliberately ignored. I’d have reported him as “clearly unstable”… that way a few more reports and he’d loose his right to carry a forearm. What a ****. Overall, well done. But remember … be specific in Law …. Eg. the golden question “which section of which act is that?”

Being a cop is one of the easiest jobs in the world. They spend their time either driving around walking around or in the office DOING NOTHING. Here in Australia some students done surveys (numerous times) about the cops work load and found that 93% of cops actually do nothing in their entire career at the taxpayers expense. These student's wanted to put these findings into local papers news etc but low and behold they weren't allowed to do this and if they did they were up for criminal charges.

15:18 Google do film everything. They do blur things out when they publish. That's a point to remember, filming and publishing are two separate acts. In any case the blurring is done by AI and it can get it wrong. There are many cases where Google's AI hasn't burred plates or faces and many cases where the blurring is done on something inconsequential such as a business name or street sign. So the cop trusts AI and not humans who will decide properly if something needs to be blurred or not according to their own morals.

They're to blame for the police losing what little public trust and confidence they have left.

Complaint being made against him tomorrow as well as the 3 amigos for not following GDPR policy and having a blue line patch. I recently found out that some forces do their bodycam/GDPR training online, so it’s likely they just don’t read it. But sergeants and inspectors should be checking.

Anyone that Cops are there to protect, you can just forget that notion right now!! When i was a kid, my mum told me to go to a policeman if i was in trouble......Yep, i sure could then!! BUT NOW is a different matter! After supporting Cops and reporting incidents, I have changed! Since they treated me poorly and accused me of something i didnt do, they can all go and jump for all i care!!

Those thin blue lines need to come off your uniform, Mr Copper. As your police commissioner said in London that all blue badges. With that blue thin line should come off your uniforms. And wear the proper Union Jack. Don't copy the Americans.
You don’t have to look far to find some complete morons just walking the public streets. So much for ‘care in the community’. Good vid - cool, calm and collected. Subbed.
In this video you caught someone i used to work with and her parents.
I loved that tactic and approach of asking boring questions to dismiss them. Please do that more
Note to the police... You stop filming our number plates with ANPR and we will stop filming yours...

Not private registration plates they are in the public domain and are owned by the DVLA.
It doesnt seem to occur to the thickos that the eyes can see their number plates. The camera only captires what the eyes see.
Freedom to photograph and film "Members of the public and the media do not need a permit to film or photograph in public places and police have no power to stop them filming or photographing incidents or police personnel." - MET police website “Public place” includes any highway and any other premises or place to which at the material time the public have or are permitted to have access, whether on payment or otherwise ”. - Criminal Justice Act 1972 Love how they're always phishing for info as a vain attempt at casual chatting. "He was concernd about you recording over the wall........." but have a gate you can see through? Yeah, THAT makes sense, especially about reg plates that are in plain view of eveyone along whatever road they drive down? Pfff

Perhaps I should rent a flat opposite and point a camera there 24/7… see how long it takes them to retaliate.
The ego level is incredible. I dont think anyone has any respect for the police.
By demanding that you don't record number plates they are trying to impose unlawful restrictions on your rights. They should stick ONLY to the law and you should make a point of recording any and all of their plates whenever challenged in this way to make the point.
Tell the officer to foxtrot oscar. Bye bye .
Can't believe it ,not a Royal tampex in sight

The reason why the military should watch these places they are holding dangerous people in there and not in the cells either.
Guy on the bench much live on that bench poor poor paraffin lamp 😂
No lessons learnt there by backing down in front of the police to an old man.
Google blur plates automatically nobody has asked/forced them to do it they simply do it so nobody puts in a complaint. Also every cop knows the rules for body cams and consciously choose not to tell the public when they turn it on hoping they don't know the rules. Should report the cop for dealing with the old guy who used abusive words and threatening behaviour in public.
