Many police cars, vans and motorcycles along with ambulances and paramedic cars in addition to several fire engines, trucks and other emergency vehicles responding with siren and lights in Trafalgar Square, London, UK.
Trafalgar Square, located within the City of Westminster, is an icon of central London. Multiple main roads surround the square as they converge in the south at a roundabout. From this roundabout hundreds of different emergency vehicles (mostly police) pass each week, as can be seen in this video.

The only problem with an hour long video is the description limit- it's good to read what the vehicle is too. Maybe do a long video but short enough so that you can fit every vehicle in.

What this country needs is an opticon system - where the lights change to let emergency vehicles through. Sure, its expensive, but the cost mean nothing in comparison for quicker emergency times.

Yes, but it wouldn't work as well as in the States. Most of their junctions are light controlled and most are cross roads, making it very easy to make one set go red and the others green without complications. Do that here and you can make things a hell of a lot worse, especially on traffic controlled roundabouts.

Does it matter for police car what lights to gave on? On 58:05 i can see yellow-red lights in. Does it mean that all have to stop or or overpassing and passing are prohibited?
