Airline pilots do not use them .
do the neutral gray lenses also make colors pop? I bought a pair of used RB4330 CH for a good deal at a pawn shop, and really liked the color enhancement I got out of a gray lenses. Now I'm looking for some actual high quality sunglasses.

No, grey provides neutral colour perception so wouldn't make colours 'pop'.
