After modifying a Polaris RZR170, sometimes you have to replace the carburetor jets to account for additional air, flow, whetever. When we replaced the intake on our RZR170, we did not replace the jets; even though the intake manufacture suggested it. Now is time to do it. Follow along on this step-by-step video of how to replace the jets on a Polaris RZR170.

is there an injector polaris rzr 170?
Hello! what do you think could be the reason: under load, gears begin to crack! how to fix it?

Im not 100% sure about that. The gears on this one went, but it was because my son would switch from neutral to drive while pressing the gas. The engine was revving up. Obviously that will do damage. It took a while, but the gears eventually failed.

All Scale Rides and what did they do with the mechanism then?

What shocks did you get? Direct bolt on? Or did it need mods?

The rear shocks are still the OEM ones. The front are from a Yamaha Raptor 660. I bought them used off ebay.

@@mdkrush Yes. It was probably 4 years ago when I did the lift. Fairly certain it was a direct replacement. The brackets/mounitng line up nicely. The benefit is the Raptor shocks are taller; to accommodate the lift.
