i just go my rzr turbo s 3 weeks ago i put 90miles on it and now i have to park it

I’m not happy with that stop ride. Got the machine under 2 weeks ago. Put 10.4 hours on it. It performed flawlessly. Now they’re telling me I can’t ride it because it’ll explode and now that I know about it it won’t be covered if anything goes wrong. Wonder if they’ll take over my payments until they get a fix!? Wish I had the cash and just go STM but I can’t do that right now... I’ve only seen a few blow up. It looks bad. But they were brake boosting the machine for drag racing. Now. I get it. Dangerous.... metal flying everywhere. But. Sometimes, you gotta pay to play. Look at sxsblog. They beat the crap out of their pro xp. Didn’t see theirs explode...

I hear you. I have less than 150 miles on mine. Got it 9/3/20

2000 miles on mine doing regular maintenance and blowing that clutch out often and she looks good no issues here I hope they sort this shit out soon

Yup clean clutch is a happy clutch

Look for the drill holes at the weights, not at the weights. Balanced holes.

Recall has to do with balancing drilled holes being in wrong area that weakens the clutch clutch will have to be inspected to see if your clutch is effected if it is polaris will replace clutch for free

I purchased a 2020 pro xp on 10/9 recall was completed and machine and was ready for pick up on 10/16.....dont know what they replaced/ inspected

I think it’s a few machines that blew up the clutch, as you said; were they brake torquing it, how big of a tune did they put to it? Did they keep it aligned? Did they keep the dust and sand cleaned out? I always do. Who’s clutch kit were they using? I’m sure it could be a batch of bad clutches with poor castings, we will see. Aftermarket Assassins say they have a fix, I think it’s a stronger cover and clutch kit, not a cure

I have had mine since 9/3 and have less than 150 miles on it. Wife is not okay with me taking it out now with the kids. Really stinks that we can’t use it to explore before the snow comes to CO. I have confidence Polaris will get it right, I just don’t want to wait 5 months.

I have a 21 xp turbo, at 425 miles the transmission blew up and the clutch cracked. The clutch didn't blow up but it failed. The shop I took it to really did me solid and wrote a huge letter and took pictures etc....I didn't purchase an extended warranty and it was literally 8 months past the date I purchased it. Polaris actually agreed to send a new transmission and is covering that out of good faith. The clutch however, they don't have an answer for yet. It's been in the shop for about a month and a half. I'm thinking I'm just going to bite the bullet and replace the primary and secondary clutch assemblies and trade it in for a can am cuz this is bullshit. Haven't been able to ride the damn thing but 3,4 days.

Some are good and some are bad you have to take in to dealer and there is something they can look at to tell mine is a bad one I have 850miles 2020 pro xp but dealer told me Polaris aint sending out parts to fix till next year projected January or February the earliest so idk

I already had mine done. I was one of the first. It has to do with where the balance holes were drilled. Sorry you have to wait so long. That sucks!

I have a 2020 ranger.. And it has been to the dealer 3 times for the clutch issues.. this shit crazy..?

Different clutch set up. I would pick another dealer tbh.

Yes, the recall was only on the updated clutch design in the pro xp and 2021 turbo s
