Poland. On Her Bike Around the World. EP 21
Poland is my native country. I was born there, grew up there, learnt how to ride motorcycles in my teens there and after finishing university in 2006 - I left there, to emigrate to Australia.
In April 2017 I left Australia for a solo trip around the world on a BMW F800GS. I named it “Are We There Yet” because I don't know my final destination or the duration of this journey.
And finally I made back it to Poland on my round the world tour... right in time for winter! It was a very sentimental moment for me - to see my family and friends after such a long 6 month ride from Australia.
During a long winter, BMW Dobrzanski and Akademia Enduro prepared Chillie for the second leg of my RTW tour. Although I'm from the North East of Poland there were still so many places yet to discover. So for the grand finale I decided to ride the Trans Euro Trail and had a ball!

Throughout my journey, I'm raising money for a young disabled child in Poland named Franek. Franek was diagnosed with cerebral palsy (weakness of the entire right side of the body) and he will require constant rehabilitation for the rest of his life. @Szu 87 No właśnie... "była", bo już nie istnieje. Teraz panuje tam islamski autorytaryzm. A poza tym, Iran ani nie był nigdy naszym przyjacielem, ani wrogiem. Z uwagi na dzielącą nas odległość był raczej neutralny w stosunku do nas. Chyba że o czymś nie wiem, hm?

Looks familiar route, just the other way though., from Finland. I like eastern Poland, i´ve been there few times driving. And of course southern part. Krakow, Wieliczka salt mine was really nice. It was operational still in 2001.
