@@damianszczerkowski882 yeah, I've seen, the televote points should be given according of the percentages of votes, but the rules were already known. In itself her song is good, but she is not the best performer. It's only an entry for Eurovision is not the end of the world, or that serious.

Imagine if the Italian juries decided in 2021 not to send Maneskin to Eurovision... It feels exactly like that. Jann deserved to win.

THE HYPE FOR POLAND WAS BECAUSE OF JANN WITH THE SONG GLADIATOR WHO TOOK 2ND PLACE BEHIND BLANKA, YOU SHOULD REACT TO HIM AS WELL

So, basically there was a fan favorite, Jann with a song Gladiator. He got an enourmous support from the public and won the televote (I think). But the juries robbed him by giving him 4th place, so even with winning televote he couldn't beat Blanka and got second place overall. I don't want to dive in the conspiracies, I'm sure polish people will explain everything better, but polish broadcaster for sure doing something really sketchy. I wonder why they would run a national selection in the first place if they still allegedly manipulate the results so their prefferable singer will win. As for Jann, yes, his vocal performance wansn't the best either, he was nervous and out of breath. But let's be real here, only two contestants had decent vocal performance, and they got rigged by juries as well. Despite the vocals Jann had it all: charisma, character, amazing song. He was simply the best out of all of them. I highly recommend you to react to his performance or music video.

I think the reason Solo won over Gladiator possibly could be because the Polish broadcasters wanted to send a more friendlier related song to Eurovision than the message "Gladiator" promoted of selling your soul and so choose Solo which was the only other decent piece than that one of course. If that's the case then why have a national final in the first place and let a song like that be chosen because it's not fair on the other artists participating if the show has already been rigged obviously? I heard that the son of Edyta Górniak who was part of the jury is friends with Blanka and even sat next to her during the competition. Also another jury is Blanka's choreographer. I think they should have let the pople deicde.....

The hype is about Jann with the song Gladiator. Jann was not perfect live, but he has the whole package. Also he won the televote. Juries rigged the voting. Blanka is works with one of the juries for example.

Blanka sounds really bad as well, there is something wrong with the sound mixing and/or with the sound proofing of the studio. Jan was a bit breathy, but he's got such a stage presence it really didn't matter, he sounded fine vocally.

We were robbed another year by our broadcaster that is doing whatever they want to every year. They just didn't like how Jann looked and performed so they decided to give him bad notes. So don't judge us this year, we are all failed and disappointed. Jann was our choice. TVP choosed Blanka. It's not Poland choice, it's TVP choice.

Will you be reacting to pre-selection songs eventually? Because a lot of them are much much better than what we have for this season so far 😬😬

Poland had a song titled Gladiator which was so good, so avant garde and just something we haven’t heard before and it was Polands favourite It was the jury votes fault that this won instead

I know you don’t really react to other national selection songs, but you should really watch Gladiator by Jann. It was the obvious choice for Poland and would have really made an impact at Eurovision. He has such an incredible stage presence and I feel like you’d really appreciate this one. It’s likely he won the televote but the jury made sure there was no chance of him winning, so this probably wasn’t Poland’s choice either. Solo has actually been a massive hit in Poland in the last few months, but all the hype was around Jann and he clearly had the audience on his side. A lot of my personal faves haven’t won their national finals this year, but this one is a true true disappointment.

She will end up low, but believe it or not, it's not that bad, but not for the Eurovision song contest. This is a song for the summer when I'm traveling in Spain or something and I'm in a bar and then I hear this catchy song, very nice haha. To enjoy. And she is a beautiful woman too, the male eye likes to see that.

I second all the Jann recommends already in the commends. He's the one reason why Poland was high in betting odds until today. His live performance was kind of a mess because his breathe control was non existent, but you could tell he could sing and he had an unbelievable amount of charisma and energy onstage. He was the one performer there who LOVED being onstage.

Guys! I'm Polish and you don't even know how nervous I've been since yesterday! Jann with Gladiator should win! We have a jury that was related to Blanka, the chairwoman's son sat with Blanka as support, and the choreographer who was a member of the jury was choreographing this thing for Blanca for New Year's Eve and is responsible for all choreographies related to Eurovision... They robbed Jann of points by giving him only 4th place (7 points), so even with the 12 points he received from the viewers, he couldn't win. Jann won 18,000 audience votes, and the second Blanka only 6,000. And the difference in points was only 2 points! In addition, the voting formula was changed a few days before the concert.. You don't even know how bad Poles are! There was even a special petition asking for the result to be annulled, and many people urge Blanka to resign in favor of Jann Gladiator. Please, react to his song, because he is the only and true winner of the Poles... :(

This is a budget version of spain from last year

esc tom does a fantastic video explaining what was wrong with the selection. It’s honestly very sad. Jann, the favourite, wasn’t vocally perfect either, but the song was phenomenal and his performance was so charismatic. The circumstances around this choice are honestly a little heartbreaking. Poland has the German curse- incredible talent with juries holding them back.

My opinion; it is a catchy song and a very beautiful lady :-). I'm a man haha. But unfortunately she won't make it to the top 10 with this nice song. But still I like this song, for summer, in a bar or something when I'm traveling. Nice.

As Poles, we are dissatisfied because Jann i Gladiator was the favorite of the audience. It was felt everywhere, especially during his performance. This is not the first time that the jury and the TVP government station manipulate the results. For us, the worst thing is that Blanka is friends with the son of the jury president. In addition, Augustin Egurola, the second member of the jury, is Blanka's choreographer. It's obvious these two wanted the girl to win. So it is not an impartial and fair vote. In addition, the music label Blanka works with is associated with the government tvp station responsible for Eurovision in our country. It should also be added that our current government is very conservative, even homophobic. Jann, with his performance, style and charisma, could resemble the lgbt community and that's why they didn't want to choose him. How does this relate to the slogan "United by music?". Hypocrisy. the jury changed the rules of voting a few days before the preselection. Later, seeing how popular Jann is on the internet, they deliberately placed him at number 4, so that even if he gets the most votes from the public, he still can't win - and those audience votes are still unclear to us. And thus we end up with a poor imitation of Ariana Grande in pink boots, a female version of Rafał, instead of presenting someone really talented and memorable.

Everything can be accepted if it is not so good, but the voice is an element that directly affects the song and the performance. It is a commercial material .... and I don't see this song in the final. With respect form Albania ❤

Guys, I suggest you react to Jann's entry, Gladiator, a phenomenal song full of character & well performed. He was mesmerising but the jury deliberately sabotaged his chances, apparently because they thought he was satanic. He smashed the televote, getting 3 times more than Blanka, but the juries made sure he came 4th. If he'd come 2nd or 3rd with them, he'd have been chosen. If I were Polish I'd be furious. As it is, if he'd been chosen, Poland would be in my top 3. It makes a mockery of the competition, turning down the chance to easily make top 10, or higher, in favour of the dross that the jury chose. I feel so sorry for Jann & Polish Eurovision fans, & for us too because we're going to miss seeing a genuine piece of art live in Liverpool.

Its not Poland choice, Its TVP choice….Polish people choose Jann with excellent Gladiator! He had 18k votes from televoters, Bianka had only 6k votes…sooo JURY decided to sent „ a friend” to Liverpool…

Overall, I would say the whole Polish selection was highly disappointing this year. Many people's vocals were subpar, including the fan and televote favorite Jann. He had the best and most interesting song of the selection, but flopped the live performance hard - out of breath and voice cracking. I'm still confused by the juries giving this one first place, because if they were focusing on properly delivered vocals, there were other, admittedly more boring, songs. Regarding Jann, from what I've seen online, he's supposedly a trained opera singer and that could be seen when he was singing the final operatic part of his song STANDING STILL. In my opinion, he totally screwed himself doing choreography, but, if I were a Polish TV delegation / jury / whatever member, I would have still selected his song and then on the Eurovision stage had him chained down (following the aesthetic of the music video) into one place, put a microphone in front of his face and then had some dancers do the smutty dancing choreography instead.

I think the production team has a lot to answer for here. Yes her vocals were off but where was the production value? This would've so sounded so different if it was in UMK, Melfest or Eesti Laul etc.

It's not people's choice! We like this song, but only on the radio! Poles went crazy about Jann and his Gladiator and voted for him! The jury of several people brazenly disregarded the people and chose themselves! How can that be?! Jann won the people's vote and the jury didn't care! The bookies predicted Jann in 6th place, and now we have no chance. Shame TVP1 Eurowizja TVP !
