This thorny flower will always be one of my favorite because I remember catching a Timid Budew when I first stepped into the wild area of Pokemon Sword. I didn't want to use any pre-Gen 8 Pokemon, but with a great nature and my 1st capture in the area; I had to add it to my team! Roserade was essentially the Pokemon that scooped up the most wins during my play-through. The fact that it has such a versatile move pool is what makes it standout to me!

I got a shiny Budew in BDSP before the first gym, and Roserade was the one that finished Cynthia's Garchomp.

I'm just saying Vespiquen design has potential for an upgrade, and the 100 base points and a new ability would do it wonders

Roserade is one of my favorite pokemon ever so seeing this video puts a very big smile on my face

You seem to forget she was one of the first blessed grass types to have Weather Ball since start at the cost of a single heart scale: 150 base power Fire and Water and also 100 base power Ice and Rock coverage, albeit needing any weathee setter. Also, Extrasensory, Shadow Ball and Dazzling Gleam is A LOT of coverage if you compare she to other grass types who wished to have more than grass and normal... Also, a better ability for its mega: Flower Veil. She will not be afflicted by status conditions which is better than healing them and also having a clear body effect for herself and other grass type allies (in case of doubles)

Love the idea of Roserade getting a mega. Mamoswine getting a mega would be cool to.

Give it an ability that works similar to Big Root, increasing the damage from draining attacks while increasing the HP gained to 50% of the damage dealt. It does not have a boost in HP, but the new defenses should make it relatively more balanced and overall better anyway

As much as I hope Roserade gets one. As long as Froslass and Slowking get one bc GameFreak have owed both of them something for years

I liked what you had in mind for a potential Mega Roserade. If it's okay, I'd like to share my ideas. Typing=Grass/Poison Ability=Corrosion, Technician, Natural Cure, Toxic Debris, Grassy Surge, Poison Touch, Chlorophyll, Dazzling, or Serene Grace Stat Distribution Idea 1(especially if the Mega's ability is Poison Touch or Chlorophyll): Original Attack=70 -->135 Original Defense=65 -->70 Original Special Attack=125 -->140 Original Special Defense=105 -->110 Original Speed=90 -->100 Stat Distribution Idea 2: Original Attack=70 -->65 Original Defense=65 -->90 Original Special Attack=125 -->150 Original Special Defense=105 -->130 Original Speed=90 -->120 Below are moves that I hope Roserade gains access to in future games. Physical moves=Trailblaze, Foul Play, and Play Rough Special moves: Terrain Pulse, Tera Blast, Night Shade, Vacuum Wave, Acid Spray, Clear Smog, Sludge Wave, Pollen Puff, Hex, and Alluring Voice Status move=Corrosive Gas

It's HIGHLY HIGHLY possible. They wouldn't have teased the symbol at the end of the trailer if they didn't plan for it. I HIGHLY doubt they wouldn't.

Ya know... for a guy that has Roserade as their favorite Pokémon and of course used one in Omega Ruby, aka referring to me btw, I obviously agree that Roserade does need a Mega Evolution :D After all.... I would so love to use My Favorite Pokémon again. X3

Hello Roserade is the pokemon I wiash had a mega the most. But there is a pretty dumb reason in the pile. Wen I was thinking of an AU where all the Anime charters cought more. And Misty catches the Red Gyradoes and Brock's mudkip I was giving everybody before Alola a mega evolushon Expcit for Cilan there were no more Grass Mega evolushons I liked left. James had a week choice also. So yaa I was like oh Cilon get's a Roserade and I hope it gets a Mega latter. I think Grass, Rock, Electric and Ice could all use some more mega Evos. Besides that strangeness next up is Milotic.

Mega roserade would look awesome! I think Unfezant needs a mega to get more special attack, a problem that still has been mostly unfixed as it learns tons of special moves

That's a really good suggestion!

For a mega Roserade I'll give the extra 100 points like this 40 to speed for a 130 speed stat putting it along side Mewtwo, Jolteon, spectrier and eiscue(somehow). 40 in physical defence for 105 for both defences and 20 to special attack for 145 putting it with chandelure and Vikavolt as the strongest special attackers that aren't legendary pokemon. For a ability a new Ability ever green that half the damage from ice and bug attacks.

Would you say that losing hidden power puts a thorn in your side?

I think toxic debris would be a perfect fit and not OP at all, shes not tanky so it would be fine and fits thematically perfectly on her

Honestly I hope the rework some megas so they actually fit a role they're ment for like mega sceptile why does it have lightning rod. Think I mentioned this before but give it something that make it feel like a constant threat but not anything as prenerf protean instead make it similar to pixelate but instead of turning a set type of move into another type any type move that was supposed to be resisted that move becomes the listed typing basically giving mega sceptile 3 stabs moves to it wide pool of move and no access to poison this would be perfect. It ability could be called FelLacerta

I used Roserade for the first time on my second Omega Ruby playthrough and it just annihilated everything I used it against. I would definitely like to see this masked flower Mega Evolve and destroy even bigger threats.

For roserade I'd give it just 15 into both special stats 25 HP and everything into SPD afterwards.

This could be fixed with a single move. I think they should skip adjusting Roserade. Once the next gen released, they should give it more coverage options. The thematic is begging for a mega, but the rest isn't. The issue I have with the proposed Mega-evolution in this video is that it isn't all that diffrent just more stats. I'd rather have sone cool new Mega than a band-aid that has the potential to be shelved once new moves are intoduced.

For me, it is hard to get back into the mega evolutions ever since Pokémon X and y it is a cool idea, but my personal opinion why do we really need to bring mega evolution back into the Pokémon franchise and I’m know I am doubting it, but for me just feels a little weird for mega evolution to be coming back into Pokémon years later I am not saying it’s not gonna be cool and fun I am just wondering what made them decide to bring back mega evolution

Give a new ability let’s call it ailmentization, this ability cures your partner Pokemon status but the status is put onto roserade (the abilitiy also has a 1/3 chance to cure roserade for three turns) but the cure can only happen once in battle.
