Greninja is 1 in 750 packs(according to D Phantom), it's a fan favorite, probably #1 modern favorite and it's a beautiful card. Now people see the price rising, Why would they sell it? IMO a card that rare SHOULD be expensive

My brother and I opened 35 booster boxes until we pulled the greninja …. 35 booster boxes later we are still missing the Perrin SIR . Pulled every SIR except the Perrin 😅😢

I agree I don’t feel this is price manipulation just based on pull rate, and Pokémon popularity, he’s definitely top five world wide in favorites, Charizard might not even be top 20 now.

@@georgeallen4007congratulations! it took me and my neices exactly 150 packs to pull the magikarp and we were getting bored. That’s a serious grind, you should have recorded it for yt. We did it in one case of booster bundles, it was the very last card.

Artwork has been there fot all of sv. Now the pull rates have gotten harder and brings the value. I think its as simple as that. If they keep rates the same and this will keep gaining traction especially with the hype of upcoming sets.

I know there are buy outs but people need to look at the market before immediately speculating there is a buy out. Love that point.

Snagged 3 greninja off tcg when the price was $115-125, I hated buying during presale because of past patterns but based off pull rates and lack of other chase Pokémon SIR in the set I knew it would climb. I didn’t expect it this fast though 😅

swsh singles are starting to slow down and/or slowly dropping from their fast rise. The money that is moving out of alt arts are moving into SV singles. The real question is how long will it take for the SV era cards to complete similar moves.

Pokemon is really easy for me. I buy the art cards i like that are cheap. If i really really really want i buy just at what ever price. And i invest in sealed only. Btw we did get a 151 reprint you didn't say we got scarlet and violet reprints.

Well... For the second time this generation I DO think this is manipulation. I humbly disagree. I think its similar to what happened with Temparal Forces. To the next level because Greninja is a more popular Pokemon. Why else would some PSA 10's be selling close to what a PSA 10 Moonbreaon sells for. More than what Girantina sells for... Like,... No I don't believe it. Doesn't make sense. Will fall IMO by next month. Manipulators will perform a "Rug Pull" with their profit.

The price of the coolest, most popular, most beautiful IR's and SIR's go up because people want them. And therefore those get manipulated. Basically price go up because card good!

It is not manipulation it is supply and demand, with higher demand comes higher prices. Yes people are waiting for a specific price point to sell and at a Certain ceiling people will begin to undercut until a floor is reached. then after a little stagnant growth and fear the Price will take off again. It’s Very simple, money moves…. What more is there to it?

How many packs do you have to open to pull a Charizard? Me and my friend are into 100 packs roughly and still not pulled a Zard 😂 He said since we was a child he always wanted to pull a Zard so we started buying packs and he pulled a mew and he nearly cried so I started this channel to document his reaction pulling a Zard and It still hasn't happened yet. How many packs do you think it will take?

@@deyrellvargas9511 Exact, "last Half", We're just entering the last half of SV. To be fair, SWSH has great artwork on Most Beloved Pokemon, that's where they edge at.

Sup Alex. People also completely forget that this is a game that people play. If there is a card that has dope art and also is playable in the meta it can make a huge jump. The bears all say wow it must be manipulated. It's hilarious.

Hi Alex enjoy your show. I think that the reason people are jumping into scarlett and violet is because it's an early jump start and more affordable. Some people feel that sword and shield reached its peak and its too expensive to buy the chase cards. Therefore they start to buy more into scarlett and violet. A good portion of collectors don't want to pay top dollar for cards

I get that it serves a particular set of other balding men rooted in the early 00s but it’s tiresome. I like every set and series. I've though this era looks awesome from the get go. Said it before and I stand buy. Pokemon customers are THE WORST PEOPLE IN EXISTENCE to deal with. They're so God damn stupid.
