From a UK point of view, 152 is hard to find for individual boosters or boxes at normal prices. There's none in any high street stores. Any online, such as Amazon, you're talking £8-9 a booster pack or £30 for 4. Yes, you can continually buy an ETB or buy a PCS or the Poster set, and those are better value, but you end up with waste. Perhaps it's better in the US, but not that great in the UK.

I went to Japan last November and remember seeing 151 booster boxes being sold at local tcgs for 200 bucks. So I would agree with u about 151 being horded in Japan.

Colleague, I would love for us to contact you to tell you what is happening in Spain.

I think the problem was the masterballs and there being one per box. People buy lots of boxes, open each box until they hit the masterball then sell the rest of the packs individually.

Pokemon market is always being manipulated. We saw that with the Japanese waifu craze last spring and prices have crashed down again and Evolving Skies is also getting the pump again from manipulators and strategic buyouts. Just like everything else in life and stocks and crypto, a small minority of people dictate how the market moves and the rest of us are in on the ride.

Yes it was. Also Booster Bundles English have been available on Walmart for 36+ hours and counting. I purchased a bunch yesterday but Walmart took it on the chin. This is why I think it's great for big stores to also receive products.

I just want english booster bundles in stock for not ridiculous prices. I can't get 151 without all the waste that the premium box and battle cone with.

Walmart has it in stock online, both the booster bundles for 28.98 and the UPC for 89.99. 3/28/24 3:23pm EST.

What are your thoughts on the 151 Pokémon center etb’s? I was thinking of buying these during the official Japanese restock in May because that may cause people to panic sell the English as well

Coming from Australia Herr, a country wider than the moon... Target, sold out online and instore. Kmart sold out, Big-W sold out EB-Games sold out no stores here seem to have them online or instore... so I'd love a reprint as I'm not paying double the price of the actual product for shipping from America

The picture you shared of the Japanese 151 set was daunting. Seeing this I can believe people were hoarding this set. Regarding the English set, I wonder if people are asking if there is a reprint to prepare for a decrease in price of sealed and singles? Great content as always.

I think it depends where you live. It’s relatively hard to find in my hometown in Canada, but some stores may have it. And for some reason, my TCG player shows elite trainer boxes out of stock. That could be an out of country thing though.

Yes 151 product is readily available. The only thing thats expensive is the graded market and thats whats dumb considering how many are already graded into the ground.

Engish 151 isnt available everywhere though. For example in my country. And literally im not even exaggerating the 151 stuff sold out for like 1-2 weeks after its released. 😑And the worst part is that most sites that sell 151 products either dont ship to here or the delivery prices are prtty high. I guess this is because there are only 2 shops that sell real pokemon cards in the whole country. So yeahh thats why i hope english also gets reprinted 😊

I blame the consumers more than the scalpers. Pokémon isn’t new. It’s been around long enough for ppl to learn by now. Pokémon is a big company. They make money by selling more product. There will hardly be scarcity of any product at this point except in very rare instances. Stop buying when degenerate crypto bros inflate prices.

True, but eventually, most of these boxes will be scarce. The past five years almost every product surpassed my predictions. Look at it this way there was a very short period of time that Eevee heroes stayed at it floor , that product got away from me, even though I was paying close attention . I only opened two boxes, and eventually broke and bought one for the sealed pc at 350.

Stock x got deals on them for like 90 a box for premium collection

Man, there's a world outside of USA, like Europe... We don't have Target and Walmart XD I remember month or 2 ago UPC was selling for 150 Euros :P

I do believe that in the US all sort of products are readily available. In Europe it is a different story. Sure plenty to be found on cardmarket / European tcgplayer. However not really in nation wide big stores. And we do miss out on the nice Costco double packs. The Japanese reprint happening is great. Agreed that they artificially jacked up the price, hoarded all the booster boxes they could find. That is why we in US/Europe were left out on regular priced stuff. I def will buy two/three boxes for 100 a piece. Better than paying 180-200. It is like 3x msrp but I can live with that.

Actually, my local Target when they restock 151, it only lasted for about 2 day and everything is gone. We got a lot of hoarding problem in this community. Never seen any at BB and Walmart is over MSRP.

the english version needs a reprint ASAP. Everything is out of stocks from where i'm at. Its 7.5 USD per freaking booster pack in Malaysia. All the hoarders and scalpers cleaned the shelves, online stores, tiktok stores, hobby shops & etc.

It’s sold out everywhere if you go in stores. Trust me, online of course, It’s always available

Local Target had 20+ UPC for 99.99. Pallet of mini tins at local sams club. Zam/Dos set full pallet at costco

PokeNE talks about it on his YT channel. But your not going to be able to buy just a few products. They want business that order 100s if not 1000s of product from them. Makes more since for shipping too. So unless you want to basically start a Pokémon business even if you could talk to a distributor they're not going to sell you a few boxes.

Probably a lot of flippers hoarding so they can sell quick but then maybe a reprint coming so they are all freaking out and dumping. No idea.

I just bought 5 booster bundles for 28$. They are still available! Lol. UPC in Walmart is only 89$!!!!

Yep, with the clear disclaimer that I thought the price was insane and I wouldn’t pay it, but if you had to have it at least this store would send you authentic non tampered with product.

151 has been sold out in canada for months. We had a walmart restock of a few hundred bundles but thats it. People dont want more etbs or upcs at this point because its blowimg cash on stuff they already have.
