I hope Let’s Roll makes a return somewhere, it’s genuinely been one of my favorite series, and the dynamics brought by each game are so entertaining.

Honestly, I'm kind of hoping the whole thing is mostly just a rebranding. Some changes to their content, maybe, but nothing too drastic. Just uploading to a new channel instead. Kind of makes sense, given how much trouble their channel is having and the fact they haven't "hunted achievements" in years.

I want to say it’s been one of their most consistent series too in terms of views. I’ve always been hit or miss, just depending on the game. I think the Dog Bark boys are huge board game fans so I could see them playing more there :)

Same, insane wizard larry was the only thing keeping me watching each week. I hope in their new endeavors larry gets to continue tabletop and be a star I think he deserves a bigger roll and more spotlight

DogBark is more skits and influencer garbage than it is gaming stuff. They don't care what the audience wants, hence the fact they ditched the AH stuff in the way they did. They're desperate to gain an audience, and they're destroying their reputation and lengthy history to do so.

@MLPIceberg well, seeing that the let's play channel is still going they can still do so. Doesn't have to be Dogbark then. And I wouldn't say they're desperate. It's just everyone basically outgrown AH and wanted to branch off to do their own stuff. Hell even Geoff and Jack had left a while back and they created it

The elite 4 get +7, +9 or +11 to +13 - on top of their base 10 to 15. So depending on luck, it can be as easy as beating a 17, or as hard as beating 28... but will usually be around 23. If you're showing up with the basic legendaries (9 power), then you better have 2 +5s, which makes it about a 50-50. The only way you beat a max luck Gary (28 power) is with a 13 (evolved starter) with 2 +5s and rolling a 6.

This game is basically Crab Bucket: the game. There's so many ways to absolutely screw people over and make sure the game never ends while actually winning is way harder than it has any right to be even without people doing anything. The mountain is hard enough to climb on its own but everyone else climbing with you is dead set on making you fall and being the first to the top.

Watching Michael help Trevor calculate his roll while simultaneously pulling out his time machine card was amazing

Saw the title, had a flash back to being a child trying to catch scyther and immediately sat down to happily spend three hours watching this

I haven't watched an AH video in a couple years (RIP AH, i will miss you still) But holy shit I WILL watch this whole god damn thing, I loved this game as a kid and am all for them suffering through this brutal game.

3.5 hour Let’s Roll??? I must have been really good in a past life to deserve this

Finally starting to get some of my good karna payed back

After watching AH for 12 years I am satisfied with this being the ending. I've enjoyed many years of their content. Thank you everyone involved in this. You've helped me through tough times and good ones too. Much much much love to everyone. My most remembered memory of AH was one time when Burnie was still around him and someone were playing this game where they had to wrangle up sheep with a ufo. It was a great time. But I will try to keep up with dogbark I'm already subbed so good luck to Micheal Trevor Alfredo and Jo in dogbark. And good luck to Larry and Matt. Much love see you out there.

As long as they don't actually say goodbye it isn't really gone. I feel the same way though. I realized earlier just how long ago it was that I started watching AH and it was eye opening. If you don't count family then I've known RT and AH longer than I've known literally anyone else in my life.

The video is still buffering, and as I await it to finally play, the pokemon intro plays relentlessly in my mind.

So, while the video quality is still buffering, I'm gonna' list the busted stuff I know about this game. Dice rolls trump strategy, because of course they do. Trade cards give their owner full control over the trade, which is nonsense. The balance of tier 1 and tier 2/3 starter Pokemon is weird when it comes to evolutions, because the two-steps are more convenient and easier to keep but the three-steps are fundamentally better at winning the game. Healing is rare, but that might actually be balanced. Some rules in the play book are poorly worded or fail to address obvious situations. Automatically teleport to Cinnabar at 20 cumulative Power Points, which Larry mercifully ruled as not forcing someone into the League. Of the five trainers that can serve as the final boss, Gary Oak is statistically better than the best possible player Pokemon if his battle rolls are perfect. And finally, the Time Mashine, a.k.a. the Friendship Destroyer, allows its owner to declare that any one dice roll that just happened, no matter what it's for or who made it, must be re-rolled. I don't understand why this is in the game, and it leads me to assume that the final product was such a hassle to test that it barely was. Board game kusoge, man. It sneaks up on you.

My cousins owned this game. I was about 5, the youngest we had no idea how to play. We made the rules.

7 hours after upload, still that classic 360p quality. Never change youtube.

Gotta say, at 2:08:00 when Matt said "Can I interest you in some eggs?" at the height of this battle, I lost it lmao.

I remember playing this game as a kid and yup it's just as brutal as I remember it. What a hell of an episode to end this. Though I do hope they bring it back in some fashion in the near future. I love watching these folks just play games. Plus it doubles as a way for me to learn how to play the game too. Educational and entertaining. What more could you ask for lol.

My little brother used to be a big fan of AH. It's ironic that the first time I finally watched one of their videos it was one of the last ones they were coming out with.

Alfredo did Michael a favor. Trading Acid vs Teleport? Only 1 ad, 2 hours in? I would have happily watched 3 or 4 ads for this video! We probably won't ever get a game like this ever again, but I have no regrets watching the full thing.

Please find a way to keep Let's Roll going. It is one of the few series I watch every time it drops.

Ah, I remember having this game back when I was in elementary school... I ended up giving it away because I didn't know how to play, and I may have been missing a few pieces.

A Banger of an episode! Was rooting for Trevor all day long since Nidoking is my favourite pokemon and he was so lcose man, he actually won 2 time sbut it wa snot meant to be. All he needed was to face Lorelai but instead luck was never on his side. Anyway what an episode. I remember owning that game and trying to play it with firends but we never acutally finished it. We probably tried just one time. Don't know what happened to it. Should probably look at the attic at my parents, if it's there might try playing it again. Hopefully this is not the last time we see them play board games. This show is quite literally why I followed Ah for so long. I need this. There aren't many other board game playing shows with similar production quality and cast chemistry. We need this to keep going, the board gameing community needs it! Anyway for people that are as disappointed as me that this is the last episode and are looking for similar shows I recommend NoRollsBarred. It's literally Let's Roll the youtube channel. xD It has great production quality and great cast members too. P.S. I'm also open to recommendation for similar shows/channels. :)

Truly was the greatest game of the late 90's, although there weren't all that many options.

Ive watched these people since the early days of minecraft. Been through all the ups and downs. Getting home from school, watching every video. When they made the jump from uploading three days a week to five, then to everyday. GTA mondays, trivia tuesdays, minecraft Fridays. Was there for the launch of off topic. As ive gotten older ive watched less, as a lot of people have, but lets roll has been the best, this i will muss the most.

My dad had this game and me and my brother were too young to read to know how to play. We ended up losing all the pieces and I remember biting the head off of one of the Ash pawns. This game goes for $200 online now.

1:38:30 What are they on about here? Both a 5 and a 6 have only 1 way to fail when using a master ball - either a 1 or a 6. The only difference between 5 and 6 is that 6 only uses half the great ball (you can't get 7-1=6, but you can for 6-1=5)... so the legendaries are very slightly harder to catch than the reds, which makes sense.

If Larry decides to stream tabletop games as a wizard and starts inviting the people who streams (Michael, Matt, Alfredo, Jeremy, idk if Joe and Trevor streams, and others as well), I'd definitely watch it. Real life games have more dynamic than the tabletop simulator, but if gathering everyone becomes an issue, I guess the simulator would have to do. Let's Roll has been my favorite part of AH for a while now, and I'm sadder that this is ending.

My friend group has this game, although we play a "super" version where we make it even longer and worse lol. You have to have a team of 6 fully evolved pokemon to fight the elite 4, and you also have to fight them all after each other. If you lose then you go back to the start and lose all but 3 of your pokemon. The game regularly "wins" against us as we just stop playing after a couple hours.

i have been waiting for a long time for this one :D i love this game

You'd think of all things it would given the naming convention and font they used

They complain about how annoying it is to get the evolution but imagine if this was the current generation with all of the pokemon it would take forever to the point where they would probably add a lvl mechanism or something to make it easier

@@Dkgow they could of made it very easily. Just make each new generation a dlc for the board game in which you get a new map and all of the new pokemon and rebalance the rules or whatever. Idk which Pokémon board game is the best but which eve is they should just kept adding dlc to it with every new generation and they could market today as the only game that allows you to catch them all.

@@Bird1912 I would say and easy way would be like this: 9 city tiles for each region, IE starting towns plus badge cities, at this point it would be 81 tiles. Starter City + 1 Gym Badge are low tier Pokémon of that region, next 2-3 cities are mid tier, last 2 -3 are high tier, and 8th badge city is always top tier (ie legendries and ubers). Move like normal and when you get to a city you can either take cards, or attempt to catch a random Pokémon of that tier. If you fail to catch then it gets reshuffled (since it is wild Pokémon encounters). You can go through major "port" cities to travel to other regions at any time. End game is to beat at least 1 member of each League keeping similar rules as this one's league. Maybe include types in it to add the extra balls, like love/friend/net/dusk etc. If 81 tiles seems to little you can add midpoints between each city to add over 100 tiles total.

I know its already been said a lot but i am really going to miss Let's Roll there have been so many fantastic moments on this series, Fingers crossed it makes its return somewhere else.

After this didn't work for a few hours i thought I'd try the rt app Then i was reminded how actually awful the rt app is so it was actually better just to wait
