Im legitimately tearing up. I lost my brother when I was 18. This aftermath feeling isn’t captured very well in a lot of media, this “they’re dead, but I’m still here.” I love how they reminisce, and then get hit with feelings out of nowhere because they were thinking about the good times and know they’re gone forever.

It's a beautiful conclusion for eevee's story..stuck in the past, she now evolves (literally and metaphorically) to look towards the future because Espeon's have the ability to see the future. I'm actually gonna cry omgg
